If a person has a fever of 110F they would be very near death. I doubt it is possible to reach 110 F without dying. A human can barely live if their temperature (from a fever) .. goes above 106. degrees F. The best way to bring a fever down is to take Aspirin (NOT tylenol .. or the others).. Take about 4 Aspirins, drink down as much cold water as possible, and use lots of cold compresses on your forehead. Place ice in wash rags and place them against your forehead and the back of your neck. Then rush the person to the hospital. At that high a fever, they will quickly die. Good luck !

Um, well Fever is usually a symtom for somethin else that you´ve got..but dont worry, fever´s a good sign cuz it means your bodys tryin to fight it...i wish i knew somethin to help with fever, but im sorry i only know that you should just try to stay as cool as possible...fillin your tub with ice and then layin in it is supposed to help alot....but hey 110F is really high, so my best advice would be to go to a hospital. 110F? you need to rub ice cubes on your nipples (clockwise) for seven minutes each...it works for me every time when I get that kind of FEVER?!? Are we talking about the same thing by the way?

If your temp. was 110, you would be dead. For a regular fever though, take some asprin, drink a lot of water and get some rest.
