i have a windows xp and i know that there are files and things in this computer that was here just as a sample, i need to know what can i delete from computer that has no meaning in this computer whats so ever.

You need mostly everything. But if you ever come across something in your computer that you never use or you dont use often send it to the recycle bin.

Don't delete any programs. The programs that come on your computer take very little memory to function and deleting them won't make that much difference. Without knowing your system, it's impossible to recommend what to delete. If you do delete something, it could be something you actually need on your computer for it to function properly. It sounds like a better solution would be for you to purchase a memory card for installation in your hard drive so you can play computer games because they take up more memory than most programs do. You should have a professional do this because they can partition your drives so you can maximize memory use.

You sound kind of desparate. But without knowing your system, it is impossible to make any safe recommended deletions. The most important deletions are 'temporary internet files' & 'cookies' from your Tools > Internet Options > General Tab..
Running the CCleaner, Lavasoft AdAware Personal SE & periodic defrag checks should keep things running smoothly.

if your trying to save space u can delete any samples like sample pic's, play list,moves; and tour windows you can also remove window programs that you don't really use use the disk clean up feature it will give you some choices as to what programs and files you don;t need

Yous right click on 'My Computer', click Manage, and after that, select 'Device Manager' from the list that will appear on the left side of your monitor. From there you cahn Uninstall or Disable what component you want.

Try Super cleaner software.It will delete all garbage files from your computer.Its really a good s/w.download it from www.download.com

click on starts- run - type in msconfig - clik ok...under the general tab clik on "selective start up" then clik on the start up tab...abd clik disable all....all the things ruynning in the back ground will shut off....if possible try n find the chek marks tht belong to ur anti virus software and keep them checked ...
