Well if you are happy that is the real question. Do you intend to "be with" this person forever? If so then look at the totality of the situation. Are you going to have children? If so do it quickly or you will be a single parent in the future. If you are only a trophy....then this won't work. How long has the other person been single? Why are they single? Have they been able to have a lasting relationship in the past? What do you want out of life? If you have been with this person for a reasonable time and you are happy with them then go the course and stay with them.

I think it sounds okay for now, but you have to consider what happens when you're 50 and he's 67, or when you're 60 and he's 77. At some point you will probably wind up devoting a large portion of your life as a caretaker.

I'm 65 (married) and am seeing a lady of 39 (married). Been going on since she was 21. Once a month or so and no-one knows about it. We enjoy each others company and know that our lives will never come together any more than that. We're comfortable with that.

My boyfriend is 13 years older than me and we`ve been together for almost 3 years now. We have a good relationship. Age doesn`t matter its just a number except if your under age.

if you're comfortable with the fact that the person is 17 years older than u and it doens't bother either of you then great have fun be happy...otherwise yeah there'll be a time when the person starts treatin u like ur a child then it's messed up :(

That sounds good if you are in love or get along well. Age doesn't matter unless you are under age. My husband is 52 and I am 35.

capricorn girl will not have a problem with that. Older partner is great because you feel secure about them.
