Radiators are pretty easy or you can put some stop leak in it till you can get a book to help you

The evaportor is leaking. You change it from the outside under the hood. You can remove the bolts on the case and spread it enough to get the old one out. Be sure that you pull a vacuum on the system before you recharge it. Also you will need to get some quick disconnect special tools to remove the lines at the evaporator. Some where they went from lines being bolted up to the snap in lines.

You'll want to take this car to a competent mechanic to change the evaporator core out. But if you insist, get a Haynes repair manual to get the job done right. It involves removing the dash, and it take a minimum of four hours to get done. You also need to have the system discharged at a repair shop. The Freon this car uses is very dangerous if you inhale it, so no short cuts. Hope this helps.

There is a stop leak you can buy or have installed in AC system but i would recommend locating the leak and having the problem replaced , the sealant doesn't always work.

NO NEED TOO CHANGE THE UNIT TAKE IT TOO A MECHANIC OR GURAGE ALL YOU NEED IS SOME O RINGS WHICH THEY WILL REPLACE AND RE CHARGE YOUR UNIT
