Easy... a man like him never seems to get it...remember what he did to Nicole? He finds women he can overpower. Its all about power to a man like that . Any weakness that a woman may have to him is fake. He thinks that its always a power thing. Pregnancy can change women. The moods, eating habits. Anyway, i think Katie may be having some problems, of course she can't say that. I think hes learning a lesson. A very good one. We all know what he said , so he can try now to say oh i came out wrong, what he's really saying is ...i'm a stupid **** up!

For publicity of course. He counted on the apology making the news, and now we're all supposed to think, "Wow, Tom is a really nice guy after all."

I think it was a publicity stunt. I seriously doubt he meant any of what he said. All the magazines say "He looked genuinely sorry". Well, that is what he does for a living, he is an actor. I have no respect for him. It is nice he believes in something so strongly, but he is a nut. I feel bad for Katie Holmes, I wonder what is gonna happen to her?

He was dropped from Paramount for his behaviour,then picked up by another production company.My guess is they want to make the most of their investment(Tom)and try to clean up his tarnished image.I don't think the aplology was sincere.I think Tom's bosses at his new production company pressured him to do it.

Paramount sacked him after 14 years because he keeps commiting professional suicide. He's trying to walk the long hard road back to popularity and favorable press. I'm betting his publicist made him apologize.
