Depending on where you as the mother, you would have to look up laws on your citizenship. My husband is a recruiter for the USN, and he believes that this is what would be called "born abroad" which would give your child duel citizenship. That means he/she would be a citizen of wherever you are, and the USA. I hope this helps.

I don't think so. I think you have to be born in U.S.A
