Depends what part they were eating, eyewitness reports tell that the days menu was paraded around the village and people 'ordered' and paid for certain parts, obviously the better the meat the more expensive it was!
keeping that in mind I think my 'rump' and 'breast' would be prime meat
my thighs choice
the rest is probably average and only good for the poor people to eat lol

Got to be prime, my husband keeps telling me I'm in my prime. LOL Probably taste like old boots too because he says I can be as tough.
