what should i do? he comes saying that i am wrong for things i don't even know exists and i felt like not only screaming back but also beat the hell outta him! but i still need the job! how to deal with this kinda loud mouthed as-hole?

He's a nut. Don't let him manipulate the situation with his tantrums. I think it would throw him off guard if you stay totally calm and wait for a pause to say "It is unnecessary to yell. Please stop." Then speak to him in a calm voice, ask for what he wants, give it to him and DOCUMENT all of this. Times, dates, what he said, what you said, how you followed up. Then, if he does it again (and he probably will because it sounds like nobody has called him on this), be the grown-up again and then take all this to HIS boss or HR and say something like "This is unprofessional behavior. Can you give me some direction on how to handle this?" Don't let him ruin this opportunity for you.

Is it possible to transfer internally, maybe to a different department?

In the meantime, actively look for another job. It's always easier to find a job when you have a job.

i think that you start looking for another job you don,t need an idiot like him and take him to an industrial tribunral i would look into it he has no rights to treat you like a dog make him squirm and enjoy it because he wont but keep looking for another job and don,t tell anyone about it you never know who to trust just trust no body except yourself good luck

go to higher management or find another job and tell him to get bent, call better business bureau

create fear so that he never abuse you again
flok for other boss and desert this boss
