Screw 'em. If you try to make people like you, they're going to end up hating you and thinking you're desperate.
I hated everybody in my school and everybody wanted to be my friend. Even when I set fire to them, they just thought "Oh, that is SO Chris". Idiots. They still hang out with me fifteen years on.

be yourself and also join school groups...that is the quickest way t make new friends that have similar interests as you do...like the band.. cheer squad.. science club..etc
