Can I feed my 10-month old baby boy healthy muffins (made with egg)?

I fed my son boiled eggs for the first time at nine months and he had fried eggs too (not a whole one..just pieces) and he has no problems. If egg allergies do not run in your family, I wouldn't worry about it especially if the eggs are cooked into something else. If you do have food allergies see a doctor just to make sure it is okay and watch him after he eats them to make sure he is not having a reaction

It depends on why you have been told that he should not eat eggs and egg whites. Is he allergic to eggs? If you don't know, try him on little of the muffin, if not reaction, I wouldn't worry about it.

yup avoid egg whites. My 9 month old loves muffins I only let him eat half. He also has been eating egg yolks since 7 months.

Most things you feel babies have eggs in them. Atleast most homemade things. We all ate muffins and scrambled eggs when we were on solids.

We survived just fine.

i think doctors probably want you to wait until the 12 mnth mark, thats when they start to okay most things.
