I used to walk in my sleep, for about 3 months, I would go downstairs, into the kitchen, and have a glass of milk.. Once when I was around 10, I even woke up outside, I was sleeping on the grass next to the dog.. after about a year it stopped, I still talk in my sleep sometimes.. or even sit up, and talk.. now, sometimes I fall asleep on the couch, and my husband will try to tell me that we should go to bed, and I tend to mumble incoherently, or just tell him, it's not my stop (I travel by train every day).. he finds it hilarious..I mostly forget about it in the morning.. the funniest is when I've been playing basketball, and at night i hurt my hands because I try to shoot the ball, and slam my fingers into the backboard.. it kinda sucks.. but hey.. you have to see it with humor..

I've never sleepwalked but I talk in my sleep a lot of the time - it tends to be in dreams I don't remember in the morning.

I have done both. A few years ago I got into big trouble when I let a huge secret slip while I was sleeping soundly. I have walked outside and found myself sitting under trees more than once. I usually sleep fully clothed because of this very reason. Ive done this for as long as I can remember.

I kick in my sleep. I geuss I do mumble things. I'll wake up in the middle of the night and go in my backyard to look at the stars. Its really relaxing.

I've 'fought' in my sleep a couple of times previously. It usually starts off with a bad dream (not nightmare) like I had a dispute with my mum or something, I'd end up punching the air, kicking my bolster off the bed and murmuring bad words in my sleep.
