My 90 gallon pond with plands and fish has up-ended for the second time. The first time was one year after it was put in and now again six months later. We leveled it and used sand to install according to instructions. It is an inground pond with a small waterfall.

I'm not sure what you mean about up-ended, But to me it sounds like your getting water under the pond and it's making it float out of it's spot, which would mean you have a leak or allot of water is draining towards the pond and soaking beneath it
I'd like to add - - if you have a waterfall this is probably the source of your leak, and water is getting under the pond, you should be seeing the water level of the pond drop as this is occuing

T sq has a good answer but I don't see how a full pond weight wise could float out of its hole, my husband asks if you have had a lot of rain lately? he said those one piece swimming pools will pop out of the ground when there is too much rain, are you sure that somebody isn't doing this? hope you can figure out what it is
