Yes, I think Ralph was in the first three. In another one, Hillary Swank did the Ralph Macchio bit. New pupils were needed.

All with the exception of the last one.Hillary Swank starred in it.It was Ok,but my favorite one was Part 3.I guess Ralph Macchio quit acting cause I haven't seen him in anything lately.

ralph macchio was in three karate kids. the first one, obviously...he was a new kid at the school, blah, blah, blah. the second he went to okinawa with mr. miyagi, the third he winds up back finghting against someone trained by sensei kreese. macchio however was not in the next karate kid, that was hilary swank.

Yes, Ralph Macchio was in all three "The Karate Kid" movies. His character in them was Daniel LaRusso.

There were actually 4 Karate Kid Movies. He was in the first three. The last one was called "The Next Karate Kid" and starred Hilary Swank
