Hello,

I am about 06 week pregnant ... just want to consult you, can I take Vitamine C like the others?

Check with your doctor, but most vitamins that are not stored in the body (such as vitamin C that must be replenished daily) are okay to take.

Its the hard metals such as iron that you dont want to take too much of, (although when pregnant you do require a lot more, and theres pleanty in your prenatal) since it is stored in your body and can cause problems, and can even be toxic.

Call your doctors office, there is an oncall nurse at all times for questions such as these.

yes, you can a Vitamin is good on the baby. You should ONLY take one a day although.

Hi I cant see that its a problem,but Iam not a doctor.With anything always check with your doctor.I did,I just called them up and they would either tell me straight away or call me straight back.I wouldn't take any chances.Good luck to you and your baby....

That's something you should ask your doctor or his nurse.


I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to drink OJ and things, but taking a pill, I'm not so sure.
