Try toothpaste... one of the baking soda products seems to work best... use a soft cloth and GO EASY.

There are so many people who don't have a clue what they are talking about. Come on, a lawsuit just because the plastic is wearing out? Try Novus. This is a product used in the airline, motorcycle, and auto industry to name a few. If you have heavy scratches start off with the number 3, then 2, then 1 is for mild scratches. This stuff works.

You will need to buy materials or a kit to polish the surface to original clarity. This will involve elbow grease but not too much. I've already done the turn signals on my Honda Prelude and they look NEW again. Check out this web site and buy the materials from them:
https://www.micro-surface.com/default.cfm?page_id=175
You will start by wet sanding the surface with a lower (more grit) number pad and sand the surface in one direction. You gradually move up to finer grits working in 45 degree angles to the previous pad. You will need about 8-10 stages before you move to the liquid abrasive but it is really quite easy.
Check out that web site and see if I am wrong!
Good luck!

If the haze is not that bad, all you need is get some compound polish add a little amount of car wax, then apply it on until the mixture dries, then rub it off with a soft cloth. Try this out, hope this can help.

Nothing can remove scratches from plastic but buffing with a high speed buffer will help remove oxidation and minimize the scratch.
