In the movie "Cool Hand Luke" the answer was 50 hard boiled eggs in one hour. In real life .. the average person can probably eat about 20 hard boiled eggs in one hour. But why would a person want to ? Personally, 4 or 5 boiled eggs would be enough for me at any one sitting.

Why don't you try it out, yourself? Everyone has a different threshold level. One person may be able to take 3, while another, only 1.
