Lasagna with french bread and a nice tossed salad and you can also freeze the extra for leftover. Its even better the second time around.

Lasagna because it's easier to make and it better in the left-overs department than chicken curry.

I think Lasagne because it's delicious for one and you can have it for leftovers or take to lunch if you work outside the home. Mmmmmmmmmm...I think we might have it for dinner!! =D
