You will need to visit the women and childrens section of the city court. This section will give you papers of claim. The papers of claim are about blood ties, such as father, grandfather and grandmother of the father's side.

It is not a convention that decides this matter. You still will need to get direction from the women and children's section. They are the agency that will draw up the paperwork with state seals.(State Seal is Seal of India.)
