No. Because if there is precum anywhere near your vagina then you're not a virgin. Unless he's beating off on you and you don't know it, which I think would be difficult to not see that. Just because you have a hymen, that don't make you a virgin. Beating a guy off, or blowing him also takes your virginity. It is not a physical thing, it's a mental thing.

you can get pregnant anytime you have sex....even if you haven't had your first period because you could ovulate and not now it so be safe and use protection anytime you have sex
