Naps rock! I wish we Americans could take the ways from the Italians and: Close up shop around 1pm and go home and 1. Have a big, hearty lunch, 2. Make love 3. Take a nap Around 4pm the shops open back up till later in the evening. Much less heart disease over there, they think our go-go-go lifestyles are just nuts! I agree! So go take a healthy, well deserved nap! (have a big lunch and make love first!) Ciao!
