Try this one.....it takes time and patience to do this one.
1. Take few similar saplings form nursery.
2. Plant them in soil taken from same area
3. Let them all grow in same condition.
4. Now put different fertilizers in different pots. Put natural manure made from your household waste in one.
5. Photograph development.
6. Find out which fertilizer was the best or manure was the best.
7. If possible for you, try analyzing what different fertilizer did to the soil(say changes in pH or salinity) or if natural maure is the best option for reclamation for soil.
