Your BMI is 18.7, which is in the very low end of the normal range (18.5-24.9).You definitely shouldn't lose weight. How do you feel about your body? What's your relationship with food and body like? If you are eating when hungry and stopping when full, that's a good sign. If you are restricting your caloric intake to maintain a lower weight, or you are compulsively overeating, that will certainly throw off your natural weight (or "set point" at which your body settles).

If you are concerned that it is too low, add more calories to your daily intake and work on strength training. A nutritionist can help you do some meal planning for weight gain.

Good luck!
