Switzerland has:
- cheese fondue (note that fondue with meat either cooked in oil, or boiled, has NOTHING to do with Swiss tradition)
- raclette. Take a half wheel of cheese, put it close to a fire, regularly scrape off the melted surface, serve with hot potatoes and pickles. Note that this has NOTHING to do with so-called "raclette" table ovens where people melt small slices of cheese in mini-pans that slide into a hot electric oven

im from the philippines..... "adobo" is the favorite Its pork or any meat mixed with soy sauce,garlic,onion, vinegar and black pepper keep boiled slow to soften until it dries up and fried afterwards.
