Should USA pay back all the damages that they caused on trying to police the world?

After the cold war ended, co called 'democracy' has becoming the book of peace and slogan of the world dominated by US. Therefore US urged other countries to march following their foot step and trying to wipe out any system that rulling the mankind including Islam. Every country that trying to have Islamic system running their country (taliban but no Ben Laden found) will be targetted and being label terrorist and therefore US created blew up his own WTC and killed his own people and blamed Islamic terrorist for it. as the result US invaded afganistan and few years later destroying iraq and (no WMD found). After Bush being found out lying and caused all this mayhems....should USA pay all these damages that they caused to all these caountries that they have destroyed?

Should all the starving begging countries pay back all the aid the USA has given to them? I say kick out the media, get in there and finish the job, then rebuild it right, like they did in Japan.

I agree with you in the sense that the US has come to dominate the world. It can be heavily argued that it is the only superpower left in the world and as it spends more on its military might than the GDP of several Third World countries the US is prone to aggression when someone disagrees with it because it has the military presence to force people into submission.

Personally, I believe Democracy and an Islamic state cannot go together there are just too many differences to allow it to work. The US, hiding under the banner that "democracy is always right and will always work" attempts to force these Islamic states into submission. Indirectly, pressure like this causes people to become hostile to the US and to the West whom they see as a pawn of the US, and well as their own desire to kill "infidels".

Of course I do not support the terrorists, the atrocities they commit are appalling, but I believe that instead of just dismissing it is "islamic fundamentalism" its important to look at the other reasons too. Obviously, I'm a little liberal, but I feel that the other point of view needs to be put across here.

At to paying back all the damages, you cant really put a price on civilian lives destroyed. Plus the US also donates aid and medical care to these countries as well so it may not even it out, but it may help.

Sorry, I'm all tapped out, what with funding the UN, disaster relief in virtually every foreign country, supporting 12 million illegal aliens, being bar far the largest source of funding of the Red Cross and every major charitible organization, forgiving countless foreign debts from WWII and beyond, attempting to provide food and sustenance in Somalia, funding the defense and soveriegnty of Islamic nations like Bosnia, funding 95% of the world's medical advances including AIDS, and providing defensive capabilities to virtually two thirds of this worlds nations.

How can it pay back when it has earned all it's wealth by selling arms & ammunition to militants & by creating instability & infighting all over the world, so that the cash keeps flowing by means of arms sale. What else has it got to sell which the other countries dont have. It should stop the policy of divide & rule.
History clearly tells that it sold weapons to Taliban to fight Russia, It sold weapons to Israel to destroy Lebanon, It's doing the same thing with India, Pakistan, South Korea & many more to follow............

At one hand - yes.. but at another side - it never to be. Destroy Afghanistan ( because of some gas or oil going through that country) with good excuse.. Now Afghanistan doesn't have any resource to rebuild itself. OK, but they cultivate opium and all that stuff instead. At present about 70% of that coming from Afghanistan. it remind me native Americans and cigarettes

I don't think they should pay out, but i do believe they should learn from their mistakes and stop trying to police the world in future. I've seen American's on here saying that non American's want them to police the world but moan when they do. I've never heard anyone ask for them to do that, in fact most people feel they should deal with the US before they deal with the rest of the world.
