Summer ended 3 months ago where im from. But yes. I did something truly memorable.

You see, we had biology field work this summer. We went to another island and did some environmental studies there. One of which was the aquatic environment. I am way, as in way too scared of the deeper parts of the ocean. I can swim yes. But i do not like the feeling of not being able to touch the bottom part of the sea much less swim in it. So anyway, we had to do our study in the ocean regarding phytoplanktons. Phytoplanktons are those small plants in the sea. that's the closest definition for a layman. Anyway, we had to do a 24-hour study. The first part and the scariest part was when i had to swim at midnight with only a flashlight as the sole light source. Man was it creepy. i didn't know what was in the water!!! and imagine having half of your body being to damn warm and the other too damn cold?! that was how it felt. and i had to suspend my other arm coz i was holding a flashlight. LOL. i was so scared. but anyway, after that, well i got to be braver and it was most definitely a lifelong memory. LOL. sure was one heck of fun!!

thanks for asking. how was your vacation?

I'm certain to remember some of the things that I did this past summer but whether they'll be highlights or not is another question. This summer was a little quieter than some. We had a very quiet trip down east but a heart stopping journey to get there as it rained so heavily that we couldn't see out the window for about 1/4 of the trip. We went to a reunion. I discovered that you can't go home again. No, there's no one thing that stands out.
Nothing wrong in that though. I'll remember the whole summer.

I learnt of a weakness I didn't know I had, until I spent a few weeks glued to my computer, at the end of this summer.
Perhaps my weakness will lead me to formulate some beautiful memories, though this would be enough for me to smile forever...

I went to a nude beach for the first time in my life, removed my clothing, and spent the entire day doing my usual beach activities that way. It was an enjoyable experience that I'll never forget.

It was the second summer me and my baby spent together! That's pretty memorable in itself.
