There are many places you can put your website online for free, but usually they will put adverts on your site making it ugly.
BUT, google will host pages for you (for free) without putting nasty adverts on their, but its only for simple static sites (e.g HTML only).
I think you need to have a gmail account though, if you don't have one just rate me with your email address and I'll invite you :)
