OK Im trying to conceive at 35 yrs old for 4 months without much luck!! I'm totally fed up with feeling sad and frustrated about this so to cheer me up and boost my self esteem, I'd love to hear any tales and advice for those lucky people who have managed to conceive naturally over the age of 35!!

Sorry I am not over the age of 35 yet, I had the same situation. I had gotten a reversal in Nov. 05 and I finally got preg. after 8 years. Will I miscarried the baby at EARLY stage. Then I TRIED AND TRIED yet it seemed like I was getting know where I was so down in the dumps my self. Yet, I put it in my head if the good lord lets it happen then It will happen for me I guess it just wasn't met to be at that time for me. My husband although wanted to still try and try finally I just had sex every 2 days for a month and I am now 14 weeks and so far so good with this preg. So keep your head up hun some times it happens to the best of us. God will help you through it all and when HE sees it is the right time you WILL have a new bundle of joy as well.

OK i will give you the same advise i gave my sister in law which is in the same situation
Everything happens for a reason
you are healthy
you are a loving and kind person
you have a man that loves you through peaks and valleys
Everything else will solve on it's on time
the most important thing don't stress out,and wherever you do after intercourse stay laying down it sure help me
i have 3 of my own
good luck

It took my husband and I 3 1/2 years to concieve our first child!! Talk about stressed out. However it was only after we relaxed and stopped trying so hard that it worked!! The second time around, it only took 4 months!! Best of luck to you!

My parents had me at 40, my youngest in-laws were conceived at 35,37, 40 and 45. The deal seems to be not to get too stressed out or anxious. If it happens, it happens. If not, there are other options to choose among. I figure you want your own, but if you adopt, you can choose all sorts of options and provide a good home for someone whose biological parents can't or won't. Children are a choice who need us.

Try changing your perfume! If this doesn't work, try changing into something sexier! If this doesn't work then he may not realize your wanting to have sex. (Us guys aren't always good at taking hints)
If sex is regular... Try it at different times of day. If this doesn't work, try different positions. If this doesn't work - Try a different partner. If this isn't an option, try conceiving unnaturally! (specialist assistance/medications- NOT sex with animals ...that's just too unnatural!)
OKAY- not a very serious response but just keep having fun and don't make this a chore! Worst case scenario; There's all ways plenty of alternatives.

Be happy that at 35 your husband still wants you and not some 18 year old, hot Filipina.
If that don't cheer you up, nothing will.

All good things come to those who wait.4 months of trying is not long . The more you want something the longer it takes to get it. Relax and enjoy yourself.
