I think the best job in the world would be one where you have made a difference to the world or have helped someone have a better life, it would be great to know that something you have done can help shape the world like for example finding a cure for a disease or wiping out world poverty

You get big money, and no one complains, out of fear of more torturing sessions.
And the biggest plus... it doesn't kill.
So, no tension on operating. Unlike other surgery practices ;-)
And there is always 'that' chance of the patient coming back again. And so, 'll his\her family & friends come to the same doc.
