My boyfriend of two years, lives with his baby momma, and he wants to leave her and he has tried too. when he tried to kick her out, she would tell him that she will move into a small trailer with her friend who has six people living there. and he doesn't want that for his child. he sleeps on the couch, he is allways at my house, and sleeping at my place on the weekends. but she doesn't know nothing about me. she doesn't have a job, and she won't get one. his mother hates her. I just don't know what to do anymore. he said as soon as he gets his taxes he is taking her to court for the child. i want to beleave him, because i love him. and my child loves him too. he is really good to me. And everything is great, beside her living with him. do you think i should wait and see if he really does take her to court and kick her out? what would you do?

He lies to her on a daily basis, pretending whatever and you think he tells you the truth.

Back the truck up! Why should SHE leave?!! He's the one out having an affair! If he truly loves YOU and not her, and he's ohhhhhhh so worried about his child, then HE should leave. I can certainly tell you what I would do....I'd tell him to take a hike. Sounds to me like he's stringing you along. And if, in the slim chance, he's being totally honest with you (which I doubt), I'd cool your affair until AFTER he has legally separated from his wife. Come on. Let's be real. You say he's been your bf for TWO years and still he hasn't left her yet! Taking her to court as soon as he gets his taxes???? What was his excuse last year? Time to wake up dear and start looking for someone who can commit to you FULLY!

I don't think you should wait around for him. He probably won't leave her. If he does leave her, he will always have to talk to her because they have a child together.
