You can breastfeed both at the same time if you position them correctly. The "football" hold will work well for this. Your body will produce all the milk you need. Just be sure to drink PLENTY of water! Also, feed the babies when they need it. My daughter wanted to nurse every couple of hours at first, so I let her nurse on demand. She gained weight quite well in the beginning. Good luck.

Babies should breast feed every 2-3 hours.

Breastfeeding twins is ambitious, but very possible. Breast milk is produced on a supply and demand basis. The more the babies need, the more your body will make.

My girl friend had tripletts and breast fed them successfully.

We used to joke that she was lucky to have 3 breasts.

She fed on demand.

Relax, Nature will find its own way.

That is why we are called mammels.

every 3 hours..if they're still young n under 6 months old..
erm..i think u should feed da older 1..then feed da younger 1..
take turns la..

every 3 ,or 4 hours ,dont forget to wind them,
