Who says she can't "just" be nice coz she's a cashier?
How old are you? And do you realize this sounds a little arrogant or presumptive? Just because someone is working as a cashier does not mean they have to be "grateful" for every man of better means who wants them to like them.

Be careful here bucko! Most stores these days force they workers to be nice and smile at every customer. She may be looking you in the eye and giving you a big ol smile and a sweet hello but this doesn't mean she's interested in you. Best thing to do is try to catch her in the store when she's alone and ask for her phone number.

whats it gotta do with her being a `cashier` if shes genuinely nice then good on her - dont put her down coz ya think working in a shop is crap and dont feel sorry for her either - she may just tell you what to do !

WAIT TILL YOU'RE ALONE WITH HER AT THE TIME. THEN JUST ASK IF SHE DATES, OR IF SHE HAS A BOY FRIEND. I'LL GIVE YOU A GOOD LINE. I USED, AND I GOT THE REPONSE I WANTED. TELL HER TO TELL HER BOY FRIEND OR HUBBY, HOW LUCKY HE IS TO HAVE YOU IN HIS LIFE. YOU'LL GET THE ANSWER YOU WANT. YOU MAY NOT LIKE IT...LOL...BUT NONE THE LESS YOU'LL HAVE AN ANSWER.
