Go to your local bookstore or library and check out the book Writer's Market (they do a new, revised edition every year). This is a collection of places that you can submit your writing to, so you can find ones specific to your type of poetry.
I have too many poems to mention names specifically. I find inspiration in everything, particularly nature and the people around me. Sitting by the ocean watching the waves always seems to put me in a writing frame of mine.
It's important to just keep writing, and keep working on it. Like every other skill in life, it takes practice to become a good writer and even the best ones have bad days!

I've had many poems published, mostly haiku so they lack titles.
1) Write. Get inspired by life, by moments you observe in nature, moments that move your heart, quirky things, things in motion. Look to Art, too, although you're getting second-hand inspiration, there is already some Art to it.
2) Study the market. What kinds of poems do you write? Where do you find poems like those being published? Where would you like to be published? Study those things and you'll have a better chance. The haiku market, particularly, is difficult, and some magazines will publish one kind of haiku and not another.
