I run a lottery business from home where people can join and play the Euro and Uk lotteries. And if they wish they can become affiliates for £4.99 and sponsering just 5 people will effectively be playing for Free. We have some members earning over £40,000 a year. My probelm is there are so many scams out there that it is in possible for pepople to belive this is for real. V-w-d is definitely a scam.
Here's my reasoning.
The UK National Lottery's own website states that it is only valid for residents of the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man. Yet v-w-d claims to be legal worldwide.
Many countries (including the USA and Australia) make participation in a foreign lottery a serious crime for their citizens, by law. V-w-d poo-poo's that, and handwaves itself into being "legitimate".
Lastly, the sponsoring/payment pattern forms a pyramid shape. That's a warning sign right there, although not necessarily a scam in and of itself. The amount I see this program being advertised via spam, however, in combination with this tell-tale shape, screams outright scam.
