actually, YOUR question has been also asked over and over and over and over, too. this produces a conundrum in which the question's REAL answer is a moot point since your question falls into the same category as the ones you are inquiring about.

but, i'll play along fer yer sake, you big, tough bully.
there are many different people asking similar questions. they probably do not read all 2,000,000 questions there before asking thier own. these 'many people' have the same interest in the answer. like when yahoo mail won't load in a region, there may be 300 questions from different askers, wondering what the hell is going on with their mail.
it's easy to sit in a chair in one's own world, judging others to be stupid, while at the same time, being a little dimwit y'self.
but, not to be disparaging at all, i believe one day you'll be all grown up and you'll see more of yourself in other people, and maybe they won't appear to be so boorish anymore. til then, rock on.

The problem is that the search technology has not yet reached a point where the system/search servers can automatically detect duplicate questions. This may be partly due to the fact that there are certain implicit contexts about the questions that only humans understand.

So duplicate questions cannot be avoided atleast for now.

because they are lazy. but then this site is designed for the lazy as most the answers could be found very quickly with a google search.

Yeah but often they type exactly the same as before without telling anyone what steps they have taken thereby ensuring the get the same old answers. That's a waste of everyone's time.
