The tensioners are pre set (It either works or it doesn't)....it's more likely the alternator or power steering pump have to be tightened.....if you know what you're doing 5 minutes

Sorry to tell you this by the time the serpentine belt needs replacing the most important belt also need changing The camshaft timing belt. Along with three engine seals and a new water pump!
Get ready for a good wallet lightening approx 1,000 dollars. Do not allow a independent service center do unless there are twenty camrys being worked on there. I think you haven't noticed the second drive belt sort of behind the big one too! Toyota repairs come with a one year 12,000 mile warranty. There technicians do that job all the time and know all the little things to do for a good job.

20 minutes,,no more than this at all,,i own a repair shop,,and if it took me more than 20 minutes,,, id be ashamed of my self,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.
