Text each other quite often if they havent talked
Laugh, Joke, Tease (a lot), Reluctant to compliment each other, Talk about anything...everyday life, argue a lot
Seems like friendship to me, but a lot of people disagree..........

It could go either way. Maybe their both interested but are scared to make the first move or they just enjoy each others company and aren't interested in anything more.

Are you talking about yourself here? I don't gamble put it sounds odds on that this is more than just friendship, not that there is necessarily anything going on just now, but it certainly sounds like if both parties wanted to take matters further they could.

sounds like more then a friendship, friends tend not to argue, people that are close to each other do
