Nobody has done this in the tennis history, can Nadal and Federer meet in their third final in this very year

It is not very remote that Nadal and Federer are going to triplicate their Slam outings in Roland Garros and Wimbledon.
Rafa to millions if not billions of tennis fans still has the angst and determination to make it in hardcourt where he is not King.
But the way I witness it in his previous matches, the Mallorcan needs a great deal of "intelligent play" just like what Andy Murray and Andy Roddick are doing--hiring people they respect and follow to lead them into much-needed Slam victory.
Uncle Toni is fine with him maybe but to us Jimmy Coonors for Roddic and Brad Gilbert for Murray are the best things that happened to the Sottish booming and fash rising superstar and the ressurected "has been" American.
I think Nadal and Federer in the US Open final is a possibility but not an easy road for the former the way he's playing in hardcourt.
But I am keepping my fingers crossed that that Nadal and Federer will be an eventuality in the US Open. (But Nadal and Murray is best for World Tennis!
Enough of Federer total domination!

There is a chance that they will meat in the finals. As long as Nadal doesn't loose to Jiri Novak, they will have a good chance meeting up.

no, I think nadal is going to be taken out by roddick in the semi finals...and roger is going to beat blake in 4 or 5 sets and win the tournament too

No .According to me Federer and Roddick has a chance to meet in US open final -2006.

I don't know, if Nadal wins from Novik, he have a big change to come in the final of the US open. I hope that he will win today!! He is my favourite tennisplayer! I love/like him!!!

Yeah, it's probable. They always finish by meeting in finals. I'm sure they will meet again. It's always between them. One of them will win this U.S. Open.

yes, i think it's going to be grudge match bet. the 2. but i'm rooting for benjamin becker to go through the semis. i like him, he plays big and smart, and he pulled in some pretty impressive shots in the match with agassi.
