We all like to think we're like that, but the truth is we're not really. Besides, how many things can a person do that doesn't affect someone else? Even between two consensual people, there's often third parties affected by the decision who never consented -- and may be hurt.
On the other hand, we never find things out unless we try them out...
On the other hand from that though - you should measure your actions by their consequences, not by your "intended" consequences. The road to hell is paved with good intentions... Although I don't believe in hell, you get my drift.

That is what I strive for. I lapse some days but I try to be non judgemental. I am open minded about religions and peoples choices most of the time.

I always think that for every action, etc. this is an equal and opposite reaction. Any place the ball can bounce, it can always bounce back. It has been enough to save my butt from any bias problems so far.
