My sister in Angola emailed me telling me that she’s expecting a baby but it’s not her current boyfriends but her ex’s. She says that she tried telling her current boyfriend but she doesn’t have guts to it. Yes she is 8 weeks pregnant and her ex denies the fact that he is the father and she doesn’t want to lie to the current about impregnating her. My advice to her was to be honest with him or terminate the pregnancy but she is scared that her ex might expose her. Please advice!

She shouldn't be scared about her ex exposing her if she is honest with her current man. My suggestion is that she made her bed and now she has to sleep in it. We all make mistakes and we are all human but an inocent baby should not be killed because she doesn't want to look bad. Tell her to keep the baby not matter what, it will be the best thing she ever did. That baby could be the biggest blessing to her and she wouldn't even know it. Good luck!

its right not to lie boyfriend that he got her pregnant and the father denies its his baby,so is considering a termination or being pregnant why shes scared.what motive would the father have to tell? she thinks hes going to find out so might as well just tell if whatever, she's scared he will know so what does she have to lose if they are close, why worry , if theyre not ditto.i hope decision is not influenced by fathers denial or being scared about bf but i wouldnt judge .if she doesnt have the guts maybe she can have a close friend of hers with her when she tells him or has her tell him alone

First a formore most...does she want a baby? it sound's like she already knows who the baby's daddy is,and he's not interested in a child,so.......she really has three options ...1. Tell current boyfriend and risk lossing it all,or gaining everything....2. terminate the pregnancy.....3.Keep the baby tell the newboyfriend it's not his and raise the child on her own.......

*Abortion is not a crime! I can't believe people still act like it's the 60's!

She needs to be honest about the situation ... and confess to her current bf that he is not the father.

Just tell her new man that she's knocked up. As long as she didn't cheat on him it's no problem. He may decide that he doesn't want to be with her but that's just a risk she'll have to take. Or if she doesn't want the kid go get an abortion.

Tell her she needs to stop cheating and she wouldn't be in this situation for starters.
Second, keep the baby, it did nothing to deserve to die.
Third, she needs to grow up, tell him and deal with the child no matter what he does.
And she really needs to change her life for the better.

I AGREE WITH YOU SISTER TOTALLY. THE TRUTH HURTS, BUT IF SOME ELSE IS THE ONE TO TELL FIRST. THE HURT IS WORSE.
THE BEST WAY IS THE HONEST WAY. AND AS THE OLD SAYING GOES "YOU ALWAYS HURT THE ONE YOU LOVE". YOUR SISTER HAS BALLED IN HER COURT, NOW THE BALL IS IN HER CURRENT FRIENDS COURT.
GOOD LUCK.

She needs to come clean and tell the boyfriend. However, how can she be so sure it is the ex's? Maybe it's not.
