U can connect it. Im not sure if this is how u mean, but u can use the laptop screen as a display like a tv. Look for a video editing card in Best Buy and that will work for u. Did it wit my xbox 360

You would need component or RGB video input on your laptop and the appropriate cable from the PS2. The laptop would require software to watch the incoming video signal.

No. PS2 games are incompatible with a PC and vice versa. You can download emulation programs that will let you play PS2 games on your PC.
