My personality doesn't let me complain very often unless really put to the test but I reckon I do my bit with a more softly softly approach to get my point across. I do tend to be quite tolerant and accepting of situations on the whole but I feel more comfortable advocating on the behalf of others to make change happen - for some reason, I feel like I have a stronger case standing up for other people's rights rather than my own!
