Perhaps the roses might be a little bit much at present .. but you have publicly declared your undying love to her .. so thats a good start :)

if you really like her it wouldn't do no harm to send her roses as girls like to receive gifts. BUT Do you think she feels the same about you though, you don't want to move quickly and scare her off I hope she does feel the same as not enough guys are romantic anymore.
