Is it true that a person's character can be best judged when he is tired and when he is hungry and when he is ona picnic, or an outing? thanks. anjum

No because nerves are often times heightened, so anything can happen. A true test of character is to know them for awhile.

you can tell even better if they are drunk. usually you will be at your most honest state then. when you are hungry you are just pissed.
