French lop rabbits are usually fully grown at 9 months old but may put on a bit more weight as they mature.
I have a female retired breeding doe as a shop pet and she weighs 16 lbs

I found a breed profile (link below), but there's not much there about how long they grow for, but there are some other useful facts there about French Lops

french lops are very gentle rabbits they will stop growing at 9 months and weigh at least 14 -19 pounds and they could live up to 12 years if u take care of it properly regular vet check ups give ur rabbit attention and run of the house or a least 2 hours or more out of their cage they are fun to watch i have a mini rex and i got him at 5 weeks old he is now 9 months i pay alot of attention to him regular check ups trim nails every 2 months, groom him he loves getting groom he is very cuddley and he is full of kisses i take him out of his cage for a least 3 hours or more and i have a leash so he could go outside and explore safely
