Not sure how far we are behind you, but we just saw the episode where George and Meredith have slept together, he's really upset, she's a mess and McDreamy tells her that they can be friends....

The show's website has episode recaps, but, like Krazy mentioned, I think it would be better to watch each episode. If you really can't wait, you should download the episodes using Limewire or bit torrent.

We're waiting for the new season, but george will get a new girlfriend and eventually start talking with Meredith again, and meredith/McDreamy will have another encounter. I can't give you all of the details, that would totally ruin it!

Thats way at the beginning of season one and season two has just been released. Don't get ahead it is so much better to watch in order. I absolutely love it! Oh and Derek (Patrick Dempsey really is McDreamy!)
