That was my favourite cartoon when I was a kid and the songs were great, but whenever I ask anyone if they remember it, they never have!

The Mysterious Cities of Gold, one of the best and dodgiest shows.

They found a super cool solar powered ship and blew it up. Arsed around south america for a while until they found a giant gold plane shaped like a condor. Magical amulets on Esteban and Teya, while Tao was there too.

Great theme tune.

Check out 80scartoons.co.uk It should be there.

Sure do - 'The Mysterious Cities Of Gold' was a great cartoon series. It's never come out on DVD officially, but there are copies out there for fans who are interested.

Yeah that was an epic cartoon about a kid on a boat going to south america, then when they got there they found a crazy civilisation that had a giant goldon condor that could fly. The kid had an amulet that activated the goldeon condor. He flew away on it and had more adventures.

Genesis, "Trick of the Tail."
"They've got no horns and they've got no tails,
They don't even know of our existence!
Was I wrong to believe in the cities of gold
That shine in the deep distance?"
Great album!
