i have no idea about the song you mention , but i do have a recollection of london bridge falling down in a nursey rhyme , perhaps during the great fire of london .

one of the worst songs- i'm guessing its an uneducated woman with a bad voice trying to tell us she looses her head out of love or something everytime she sees a certain guy
