How can A C Milan be allowed to play in The 2006/07 UEFA Champions League even though they have been convicted of match fixing and fraud?

its a disgrace.
a team cheats and their punishment is a place in the champions league.
kick them out! along with the rest of the italian cheats

ok first of all, milan had been punished like the rest of the other convictee. so its fair and square.
compared to other clubs punishment, yes milan seems to get a lighter punishment cause their so called match-fixing and fraud" are not tt serious as others.
milan got to be played in this season champions league because they won all their qualifying arounds to be in the champion league fair and square. if base on their league standing last season, they did not need to participate in any qualifying round.
so again, milan have given a fair n square trial n tribulation. their point been deducted and need to participate in the qualifying around when they shldnt be if not being convicted.
so no unfairness for milan to be in this champion league season. they worked hard...they win the qualifying games so its juz fair that they in the champion league this season.

They succeeded in appealing to the italian football association.
therefore the points that was supposed to be subtracted of their last season is reduced making them have enough points for fourth place which means they can play in the champions league.
the points that was to be cut for this season also reduced drom the appealing.
so thats the story of it...

I wonder why..........The committee was too harsh to other clubs...and Milan got their asss saved...........what the hell was goin on.........were they "fixing" things even in the committee itself?
