Before every period your tummy bloats and your breasts become sore. But when you are pregnant these signs also show.. you can't say. And 4 days are not that late, but this depends on whether your cycle is always on time. Mine isn't.. I'm or one week late or even two.. sometime one week earlier. So just take a test.
Take care :)

Possibly but could be PMS so I would suggest that you wait a few more days and take a pregnancy test. It takes at least 7 days after fertilization for the test to become positive. In most cases, by the time a woman has missed her period, the test will be positive if she is pregnant.

No. Sore breasts may just be one sign of your period coming. But if you are uncertain, wait a few more days and buy an over the counter pregnacy test, before you get yourself worried or anxious. I have missed several weeks at a time in the past.

Yes those are some signs of pregnancy but dont mean you are pregnant for sure. However its a consult a doctor to find out for sure or take a test.

don't jump to conclusions. Being late, can be related to many things. Having sex, being stressed, being unwell/sick can all affect when you mentruate. If you are very late, consult a doc or take a preg test. Just know worrying can make it longer.
