a company called Trojan makes condoms in regular, large, and extra large sizes - after many years they finally figured out that all men are not built the same - there is a 20% increase in length and width between each size - Trojan also makes one called a Magnum and it is made so the head is larger but it is tight around the base - for guys that have a fat head this is a good one - i wear the large size - i do not need it for the length but the extra width is nice as the smaller sizes cut off my circulation and i have busted them on occasions - u may IM me if u would like to discuss it more

If you can fit a condom over your head (as you can lol) then there isn't any need for an xxxl size!
